Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive cricket training programs tailored to individual and team needs.

- Develop strategies and game plans to improve team performance during competitions.
- Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Monitor player fitness and recovery, ensuring adherence to best practices for injury prevention.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Coaching Certification from a recognized cricket governing body (e.g., Cricket Australia).
- Experience in coaching cricket at a competitive level (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cricket rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Leadership Skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage athletes of all skill levels.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
